RETAINING

ON HIS PEDIGREE: CELL Envision 7023E: Was extremely popular for his show ring phenotype and his exceptional data. Ranks in the top 1% of the breed for weaning, yearling, and carcass weights, average daily gain, and scrotal.
• WZRK Kryptonite 5022K: If there's a way you can go wrong with Kryptonite, we haven't found it. We've become big fans of his dependably moderate birth weight and even more predictable growth.
• WULFS Abe Y510A: A 2013 son of HUNT Mr Jock 44J out of the donor, WULFS Soloist 6284S. We used him to add extra performance from one of the strongest female lines of his generation. He ranks in the top 10% of the breed or better for milk, docility, yield grade, and carcass fat.
• KAKE Greta 28G: Has now raised three sons to go work for someone else; his brothers are working in Minnesota and Michigan. She is now raising a VL Hunker Down 003H son.
• KAKE 55B: Reflective of her sire, Wulfs Unmatched 2311U, she ranks in the top 1% of the breed for birth weight and both calving ease EPDs, as well as yield grade and carcass fat. She raised 10 calves for us, including three daughters in the herd (see also 87M) and our Wulf's Yankee K689Y son, KAKE Herb Brooks 46H.

ABOUT THIS BULL: Thick, thick, thick (evidence of the 2 copies of the myostatin gene), with a light birth weight.
A more moderate frame than his Kryptonite brothers in the pen, but the same muscle thickness.
Tracking closely with his maternal grandmother, he ranks in the top 3% of the breed for birth weight and both calving ease EPDs, and the top 10% for scrotal.

HOW WE’D USE HIM: He's moderate enough that he'll likely never outgrow heifers, and will be as good of a match as you can find for their first calf.
His daughters will have plenty of milk, clean udders, and excellent fertility and longevity.
